  Position:Administration Coordinator(行政协调员)

  Location: Beijing

  About Your Job:

  1.As Administration Coordinator, you will provide effective administrative and logical support to Vice President and Senior Vice President while promoting high standards of corporate value through correspondence, telephone and personal contact and in respect with QR policies.

  2.You will develop file management and retrieval of systems, updates templates, develop and maintain monthly quarterly and annual report, collect information, enter data, distributes information and updates. You will be responsible for daily communication and coordinates with local QR regional staff and Country management teams to ensure the efficient and effective communication in a timely fashion. You will assist and support VP/SVP in his/her duties and ensure that those duties are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

  3.You will be expected to collect weekly/monthly reports from outstation and providing details t to VP and SVP. Prepare meetings materials, charts and ad-hoc reports as required and attend management meetings and ensure that agendas and minutes are disseminated to the manager/staff concerned, when required. You will provide administrative and logistical support to VP/SVP and Regional team. You will monitor and screen telephone calls email of VP/SVP. You will maintain the highest standard of professional conduct at all times both with internal and external clients.

  About You:

  1.You must have Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 4 year experience in an Administrative support role. A minimum of 3 years practical experience in a fast-moving and multi-task environment would a good advantage.

  2.We require you to have excellent knowledge in MS Office suite application. You must be able to work independently and able to self-organize, manage time and prioritise work to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills are required to be successful in this role.
