　　Cargo Services Officer – BJS

　　(货务员)

　　Job Level : A

　　Work Location : Beijing Airport Cargo Office

　　Job Description

　　To perform Load sheet for freighter

　　To monitor Warehouse buildup & Ramp handling

　　To monitor the loading & unloading of the freighter

　　To prepare daily report for inbound & outbound freighter

　　Coordination with GHA to ensuring smooth ground handling

　　To support GHA on updating cargo system

　　To ensure On Time Performance for the freighter

　　To perform physical check for the special cargo e.g. DG, AVI when ever required

　　To handle Cargo Services i.e. Answer enquiries from internal & external (via telephone, telex & email); Cargo Claims; Follow up track & trace cases with GHA;

　　To monitor the ULD inventory & to arrange replenish in advance

　　To prepare post flight report on daily basic

　　General Requirements

　　University Degree

　　At least 1 year relative experience, for cargo sales in airline industry is preferred

　　Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and flexible to change

　　Can work independently

　　Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin

　　Good PC Knowledge in MS office

　　Strong sense of responsibility

　　PRC local nationals with legal working status in Beijing

　　Customer Services Officer – BJS Airport Office

　　(客务员)

　　Job Level : A

　　Work Location : Beijing Airport Office

　　Job Description:

　　Responsible for passenger handling at check-in counter, boarding gate, on transit or arrival;

　　Responsible for monitoring service parties for un/loading of cargo, baggage and dis/embarkation of passengers;

　　Responsible for preparing information for flight operation, communication with the aircraft, answering enquiries on schedules & operation status and the handling of flight documentation;

　　Responsible for airport lounge service.

　　Qualifications:

　　University graduate in any discipline;

　　Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;

　　Good customer services & interpersonal skills;

　　Strong sense of responsibility;

　　Willing to work on shifts;

　　Airline experience is an advantage;

　　PRC local nationals with legal working status in Beijing
